Terrina Chrishell
Terrina Christopherhell Stause [1] was born July 21, 1982. She is most famous for her role as Amanda Dillon in All My Children as well as Jordan Ridgeway on Days of Our Lives. Stause was born in Draffenville, Kentucky. She went to Murray State University, from where she graduated with a B.A. She began performing in the theater in 2003. Her middle title "Chrishell" was a portmanteau title she created in honor of the peculiar birth situation. The mother of her child was born to the son at the Shell station. Chris, a Shell station attendant, was there to assist her during her birth. Strause's book refutes the gossip regarding her birth. She revealed that her mother was having issues with her car and drove into the gas station. In the waiting area at the car station, she was in pre-labor. The attendant in the car was genuinely helpful in getting her to a hospital. Strause was born in an in-hospital. When she discovered she was expecting, her mother separated her from her father, who was half Japanese half Spanish. Jeff is her stepfather. Chrishell Strause missed a full year of middle school because she was forced to live in tent. Strause described her experience of washing her hair in the river, hiding from her friends, and how she used food stamps. At the age of 10, her parents "struggled with addictions and mental health." Strause then became a member of the Worldwide Church of God. Strause describes her mother as self-righteous and uncontrollable, and she has never earned an income steady.
