Krystal Marie Ball
Krystal Marie Ball was born November 24 the 24th of November, 1981. She is an American political commentator. She was previously a politician, and a television host on MSNBC, a frequent contributor for The Huffington Post, and the former co-host of The Hill's Rising together with Saagar Enjeti. Enjeti and Ball made it clear that they would leave the show in May 2021 to start Breaking Points, a new independent venture that will be hosted by Krystal and Saagar. Ball is co-host of the podcast Krystal Kyle & Friends. She has also appeared as a guest on various networks, including CNN, CNBC, Fox News and programs including Real Time with Bill Maher. As of 2020, Ball is married to Jonathan Dariyanani. Ball is able to attribute her interest in politics to being a mother during 2008's primaries. In addition, she viewed the US election outcome during her time in Jordan. She observed how it affected people in that country and gained a greater appreciation for the global impact of US politics. She was a Senior Fellow with the New Leaders Council. Ball was the Democratic Party's candidate for Congress in Virginia’s 1st congressional District in 2010. She lost to Rob Wittman, the Republican incumbent. From June 2012 until July 2015, she was co-host of The Cycle on MSNBC. She founded the People's House Project, an action committee that works for Democratic causes in May of 2017.
